- Cost: We will plan to order some shared appetizers for the table to sample a variety of tastes, and then everyone can order their own entree. Please anticipate the total cost to be approximately $40-$50 per person (including tax and a 20% tip). To make bill-splitting easier, please bring cash.
- Allergies: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know as soon as you RSVP so I can inform the restaurant in advance.

What's the Plan?
We're heading to Dear Daphni for a casual happy hour. Known for its gorgeous, blue-toned Mediterranean vibe and sprawling space, it offers a great atmosphere to kick back, chat, and make new friends. Enjoy delicious discounted bites like Moroccan meatballs, Turkish dumplings, and daily dip specials, which pair perfectly with their sumac honey gin cocktails, wine, or craft brews. This is a low-key, come-as-you-are event designed for mingling and good conversation.When: August 20th, 2026 from 4:30 PM onward. Happy hour specials are from 4 PM - 6 PM, but feel free to drop in whenever you can make it!

Cowtown Rodeo
Cowtown Rodeo, 780 Rt 40 (GPS: 780 Harding Hwy), Woodstown, NJ, USYOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST UNTIL YOU POST IN THE COMMENTS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR TICKET, AT WHICH TIME YOU WILL BE MOVED TO GOING.

Cowtown Rodeo offers an authentic, high-energy slice of American heritage right in our backyard. From adrenaline-fueled bull riding and bronc riding to fast-paced barrel racing and steer wrestling, it's an incredible spectacle to watch live. Whether you're a long-time rodeo fan or experiencing it for the first time, it’s a fantastic way to enjoy a warm summer evening outdoors, soak in the electric arena atmosphere, and connect with fellow adventurous members.What's the Plan?
We'll head over to Pilesgrove, NJ in the late afternoon to kick things off with some pre-rodeo tailgating, chat, and grab our seats before the main events start at 7:30 PM. Expect a fun, lively evening full of western heritage, great crowd energy, and plenty of laughs.

- When: Saturday evening. Gates open at 5:30-6:00 PM, and the rodeo action starts promptly at 7:30 PM.
- Where: Cowtown Rodeo, 780 Route 40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 (approx. 45–50 minutes from Central Philadelphia).
- Tickets & Cost: Tickets are typically around $30 for adults (including fees) and can be purchased online in advance through their official website. We recommend buying your ticket early so we can enter as a group.
- Tailgating & Food: Traditional fair-style food stands (burgers, fries, funnel cakes, drinks) are available on-site. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks for tailgating in the parking area before heading into the arena!
- What to Wear: Dress comfortably for an outdoor arena. Boots, denim, and western flair are encouraged but completely optional—just wear comfortable shoes for walking on dirt/gravel.
- Carpooling & Parking: Free on-site parking is available at the arena. Since we're driving from the Philly area, we strongly encourage arranging carpools among members! Post in the comments if you can offer a ride or need one.
- Important: I will send a message a few days prior to finalize carpooling logistics and will arrive early to set an exact spot in the parking lot where our group will gather before gates open. Please keep your RSVP updated if your plans change.
