What's the Plan?
We'll be gathering at Indo Spice to fully immerse ourselves in their diverse menu of Indonesian specialties. We will order a variety of acclaimed appetizers and small plates to share so everyone can sample a wide range of tastes, and then each person can order their own main course. This is a wonderful chance to explore the distinct sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that make this cuisine so special.

The Deets:
- BYOB: Feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to complement the rich, complex flavors of Indonesian cuisine!
- Cost: We will plan to order some shared appetizers for the table to sample a variety of tastes, and then everyone can order their own entree. Please anticipate the total cost to be approximately $30-$40 per person (including tax and a 20% tip). Please bring cash.
- Allergies/Spice Level: Indonesian food often features sambal, a chili paste, and some dishes can be quite spicy (like the Smashed Chicken Rice). If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, or are concerned about spice, please let me know as soon as you RSVP so I can inform the restaurant in advance and help you choose milder options.
- Important: I will send a confirmation message a day or two before our visit to finalize the headcount. You must confirm by the morning of the event. If your plans change, please update your RSVP to "Not Going" promptly. This allows those on the waitlist to join us and helps me adjust our reservation accordingly.
