Meet & Greet Happy Hour: Continental Mid-town

Get ready to unwind and connect at our upcoming Happy Hour Meet & Greet at The Continental Mid-town! This is the ultimate spot for our "zest for life" group—featuring multiple levels of retro-cool decor and a fabulous rooftop lounge right in the heart of Rittenhouse. It’s the perfect opportunity for new members to mingle and for the regulars to soak in some of the best vibes in the city.

What's the Plan?
We’re heading to The Continental Mid-town for their famous "Martini Hour." Whether we’re hanging out in the 2nd floor lounge. This spot is known for its inventive cocktails and globally inspired small plates. From their iconic cheesesteak egg rolls to creative martinis, this is a low-key, come-as-you-are event designed for mingling, great conversation, and enjoying the energy of Center City.

When:
Thursday, March 19th, 2026 from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Note: Happy Hour pricing runs until 7:00 PM, but feel free to stay and hang out as long as you like!

Where:
The Continental Midtown, 1801 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. We will aim to gather near the 2nd Floor bar. If that changes, we will let you know.

• Atmosphere: Expect a trendy, mid-century modern vibe with three levels of space, including an indoor-outdoor rooftop with a fireplace.
• Food: Enjoy their special Happy Hour menu featuring favorites like Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Edamame, and Pork Tacos (usually priced around $6-$8).
• Drinks: Their signature cocktails and martinis (like the Cosmo Spacely or Buzz Aldrin) are featured during Happy Hour alongside craft brews and wine.
• Purpose: This is a relaxed meet and greet, perfect for new members to get acquainted with our Fabulous Philly Friends community.
• Parking: As it’s Rittenhouse, street parking is very limited. There are several parking garages nearby (like the Sonesta or 1818 Market), but SEPTA or rideshares are highly encouraged for a stress-free evening!
