Get ready to step back in time into the opulent world of the Gilded Age, right here in the Philadelphia area! Our next cultural outing takes us to Cairnwood Estate for their enchanting Christmas in Cairnwood guided tour, where we'll experience the grandeur and festive traditions of America's industrial elite. Prepare your holiday spirit for an unforgettable experience!

Why You Should Join Us:
Built during the height of the Gilded Age, Cairnwood Estate offers a stunning historical setting and a festive atmosphere brimming with period elegance. From a dazzling two-story Christmas tree in the Great Hall—located in the exact spot it stood at the turn of the century—to all three floors of the grand Beaux Arts country house professionally decorated for the season, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore a magnificent historic landmark. You'll discover the private side of the Pitcairn family, learn about their integral role in founding the Bryn Athyn community, and view the vintage textile exhibition. It's the perfect chance to celebrate the season, enjoy a breathtaking Gilded Age ambiance, and connect with fellow friends.

What's the Plan?
We'll be gathering at Cairnwood Estate for select dates in December at 11:00 AM. Our guided tour begins in the Garden House with an orientation video before we explore all three beautifully adorned floors of the Estate. Fundraising and outreach activities for this special holiday event are proudly hosted by Cairn Club, Inc.
