This is the group for Bristol book-lovers who prefer fact to fiction!
Perhaps it’s science that floats your literary boat. Or history. Or nature. Or sport. Or travel. Or food.
Whatever your preference, we offer a friendly environment to come and explore and enjoy everything the wonderful world of non-fiction has to offer.
[Important note: there is one NF category we don’t cover – and that’s overtly political material. There’s too much division around as it is, and this group is intended to offer some respite from it!]
In reality, the book is just an excuse to spend a couple of hours a month in the company of lively, curious people…
We will have early evening meetups once a month at locations around central Bristol. We discuss the book of the month, have a few drinks, choose the next title, then go off into the night feeling enlivened and enlightened…
