About us

This group is for anyone who wants to improve their physical, emotional and mental health without spending hours at the gym and yoga classes each week. We will be doing a practice that includes tapping massage, strength training, stretching, breathwork and meditation and it can all be done in one hour or less. The practice will be on zoom and possibly in person when the weather gets warmer. Looking forward to moving woth you. Movement is life!
