Thank you for choosing to love yourself and making time for You! In our time together we will do a one hour practice that consists of four parts, body tap massage, strength exercises, stretching, breathing and mediation. This practice was created by Mike Chang and it is called Flow60. I started doing it on December 24, 2024 after going through a life changing event. First I will explain what each part of the routine accomplishes. Then we will do the practice together. Please be ready to exercise. Wear comfortable clothe, have a yoga mat available and a water bottle. Let's move together and get our energy flowing!
