Fair Oaks Sole Sisters & Misters

This is a 5 mile walk that starts at Bannister Park Parking lot. We will meet here and walk along the American River which is a beautiful walk first thing in the morning. We encourage you to bring your dogs with you on this walk because they love it. It is a walk at your own pace walk so please come a join a great group of friendly people and walk with us!

We are starting at 7am during these hot summer months to get out when it's not so hot!

This walk starts in front of the Fair Oaks Brew Pub at 7988 California Ave. Fair Oaks, CA. We will walk through our cute Village and over to Sailor Bar and along the American River. It's a great walk with some hills so we get some good cardio on this walk. I hope you can join our amazing group and start your day off on a good note. I look forward to seeing you on our next walk.
We were formally the group known as Fair Oaks Body and Mind Experiences.

We will be meeting in front of the Fair Oaks Brew Pub at 7988 California Ave. Fair Oaks and then walk down Bridge St and over the Fair Oaks Walking Bridge and along the American River and up to the Nimbus Dam and back. This is a beautiful walk that is just a bit over 6 miles.
