Welcome!
This group was created for people like you—new to golf and eager to learn.
It offers the perfect opportunity to gain experience on a Par 3 course, with the added benefit of having a mentor to guide you as you develop your skills.

If you are brand new to golf, a few group lessons to learn the fundamentals and a few trips to the driving range is a good way to prepare for joining us on the course. There are several local options and we can help connect you. We are not an instructional league but we are all learning together.

We'll share with you:
- Golf etiquette and the rules
- The basics about navigating a course
- How to practice and improve

We offer one free event then the fee to join is $25 annually. This helps pay for meetup costs, new member gifts and special events we sponsor for the group.
The cost to play a round is $20 and due at time of RSVP. As tee times are reserved ahead, your RSVP is a committment to play and 'no shows' are not refunded unless weather cancellation. You can pay using Venmo or Zelle - details provided in event listing.

The course is flat and short - easy to walk. You can bring a pull cart, or rent one from the course $5.00 (pay separately at the pro shop). If you choose to carry your bag just be sure to keep it light, but have extra balls and tees.

•Golf bag & clubs, glove, balls, tees, and a ball marker
