Join us as we leave San Bernardino Downtown Metrolink Station on the #1353 at 8:38a.m. for Union Station to get the 10:30a.m. "B" Metroline to enjoy the very interesting Hollywood Funkco Store for some great pics.
We'll head out around noon and grab some Handcrafted Coffee or Smoothie or Food to go from TOASTIQUE on Sunset Blvd as we walk a short 20 mins to the final resting place of some of Hollywood's Fabulous such as Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Mickey Rooney , Toto and so much more at the Hollywood Forever Cemetary.

Anyways, the cemetary is a beautiful garden of art,history and floral design. Plus a lot of visitors daily doing the same thing . We will spend about 2.5 to 3 hours before we head to walk back to the 3:55 p.m. metro B line . This gets us at Union Station at 4:20p.m. to catch the SB#1366 at 4:38p.m .
You will get the $10 Weekend Pass at the Metrolink Station which is your roundtrip transportation( for each paid adult ticket you can bring 3 kids under 17 free). I'll try to get a site map so we make better use of our time there.

This is a scenic seven mile hike through the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Preserve.

Highlights include Monument Hill, the Adobes, and the Vernal Pools.

The Eagle Rock is an awesome formation that truly looks like an eagle - definitely worth seeing in person! (The night photo is one I took myself last year.) And this moderate hike on a portion of the Pacific Crest Trail is an enjoyable way to get there. The trail begins at a gate near the fire station on the south side of Warner Springs, but we will meet in the parking lot just before the fire station (see map in the photo below). The 5-star rated trail is about 3 miles each way, out and back, with 856' elevation gain. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 951-440-2958.
