Welcome to the Fallbrook Boxing and Group Fitness Training Meetup! My fitness classes are designed to build strength, balance, agility and, most importantly, core stability. If boxing is more your style, I focus on boxing skill basics as well as conditioning to improve speed, agility, balance and coordination. Come join me for a fun and supportive environment where you can improve your skills, meet like-minded individuals and get in shape.
