Family Constellations with Amber Marea - Amsterdam

Have you heard of Family Constellations and always felt curious to join?
Or is there a theme in your life you’d love to gain insight into?

You’re warmly welcome to join us this Sunday to explore its deeper layers and connect. There’s still space for representatives and one questioner.

About Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a method developed by Bert Hellinger. Through constellation work, we can explore the undercurrent & possible root of a situation. Through a group process, other people will 'represent' parts of your system, revealing its underlying dynamics and offering a new insight or sense of relief.

Doing this work can help you feel more at ease in your body and mind and more connected to your intuition. It can support you to:

• Walk your authentic path, free from society’s or family’s expectations
• Gain clarity in your emotional world
• Relate authentically to others
• Make peace with situations from the past that still linger
• Rest in a sense of trust in how life unfolds

Welcome to this evening dedicated to Constellation work on Dreams..

We sleep one third of our life. What if our nightly life can become a portal to our deeper selves ?

On this evening I'll share some inspiration from the Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep and we will work systemically with what arises from the group.

Through sharing, embodiment, constellation work & meditation we will enter the mysterious realm of the night & unconscious, and explore how this might support us on our path.

If you relate to the field of dreams in any way: (Lucid) dreaming, nightmares, a lack of or recurring dreams, hidden messages, a dream you'd like to manifest physically or an interest in working with dreams as a spiritual practice; you are welcome to join.
