Welcome to the Farm to Table Club! 😃

We celebrate local farmers and businesses by participating in meals over Zoom that incorporate as many local products as possible. For example, if you want to make an Italian dinner in October you might try using a spaghetti squash from your local farmers instead of spaghetti from a box, and try to include as many locally found ingredients as possible in the meal. It's a challenge but it feels good to have that connection to your meals and to the community. You will make little discoveries along the way and I hope we can share what we learn with each other.

It is my hope that by creating occasions to use local products we take a step toward that sustainable living goal that can seem daunting. When we make that journey together, we can bring a sense of community, support and joy to our efforts. Even if we just do a little at a time, joining the club is a great start.

Everyone is welcome to dine with us. We are an inclusive group. Your background and family traditions and philosophies surrounding food are invaluable to the club. We want to hear your stories. All that is required is desire to support local products.

The events are online and we will show what we made and talk a bit about where we found these products if you feel comfortable doing so. Feel free to share any part of the experience and make recommendations and get a conversation going. And let's cheer each other on. 😁 As we support the community, let's support our fellow club members.
