Myrrhia Resneck, Bolt Threads (https://boltthreads.com/) — The scientists at Bolt Threads are spinning high performance man-made fibers that mimic the characteristics of spider silk.

Dena Molnar, Wovns (https://www.wovns.com/) — WOVNS is the first platform of its kind, a San Francisco based company that is a textile studio and technology platform, giving designers access to the means of textile production.
