We provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore and develop a meditation practice that you can use daily. Our main goal is to provide a welcoming community for individuals at all levels of a meditation practice. Group meditation bring about a deeper sense of connection and purpose to ones self and to others.
In this group you will discover and learn quick and easy ways to meditate and connect to your Inner Spirit.
You will learn how to tap into your Soul-Filled Intentions and increase your intuition through guided and silent meditations.
We incorporate inner child work, how to meditate with crystals, angels, and much more!
If you are new to meditation or have tried and have a hard time turning off the monkey mind and the To-Do lists in your life this is a Meetup for you.
