Chakra Integration and Meditation

*** This is the ninth in the series of our energy body meditations. We will focus this week on Integrating our Chakras. These meditations will be the fourth Thursday every month.***

We will review all of the Chakras; focusing on clearing them and bringing them into flow. This may be accomplished through meditative movement. We will end our evening with a contemplation of our chakra system.
