Return to Flow: The Water Element & the Emotional Body is a 2-week Conscious Frequency Meditation series exploring the Water Element through the Kapha & Pitta Dosha.
Water represents the realm of emotion, intuition and inner flow. In both ancient wisdom traditions and modern psychology, water reflects how we experience intensity and emotional movement within our lives.
Join us for a two-part experiential series exploring the Water Element and its influence on the emotional body. Through grounded discussion, reflection and guided meditation, we'll explore how emotional heat and emotional heaviness can shape our inner landscape - and how to restore balance.
Each 90-minute class includes:
Short teachings inspired by Ayurvedic and elemental philosophy
Group discussion and reflection
Guided Meditation
Essential oils, crystals and a simple water ritual
No prior experience with meditation or Ayurveda is required.
This is a relaxed, discussion-based circle held on yoga mats, designed to support self-awareness, emotional balance and connection with others in a welcoming environment.
