The Watchman’s Circle is a monthly, earth centered meditation experience designed to help
individuals return to their body, regulate their breath, and reconnect with the present
moment.
Each session follows a structured and grounded approach, combining breath awareness,
gentle energy work, and seasonal alignment with a focused exploration of the body’s energy
centers.
The intention is not to teach a belief system, but to create a safe and consistent space where
participants can slow down, release tension, and build awareness over time.

1. Grounding First – Before anything expands, the body must feel safe and stable.
2. Experience Over Explanation – Participants are guided to feel and observe.
3. Respectful Inspiration – Inspired by earth-based philosophies in a neutral and respectful
