AISP is a home-grown not-for-profit Cybersecurity professionals organisation run entirely by volunteers. As cybercrime intensifies both in terms of scale and sophistication, the magnitude of labour shortage becomes more serious. Thus, one of AISP’s key thrusts is to build initiatives aimed at increasing the local talent pool to help strengthen SG’s smart nation vision.

Termed the “Ladies in Cybersecurity” charter, we believe an important aspect of bridging the cyber talent pool gap is to build initiatives that encourage more females to enter this profession. Our current volunteer team of female cybersecurity professionals will be sharing and profiling our successful female role models in Cyber. This is so that girls at a school going age will already begin to be exposed to and believe that a career in the cybersecurity field is also attainable by women from all backgrounds.

Whether your female students know a bit about coding, have heard of Linux, or have never even considered a career to do with computers, all are welcome. Industry Professionals across government, industry, and academia will be on hand inter-changeably, to connect with your students and address the core strategies and practices of cyber defense and security.

Join our panel of HR speakers from the different Cybersecurity companies to hear what they want to share on the cybersecurity experience and careers from the perceptive of HR Practitioner from the Cyber Field. Also hear how a Management Trainee become a Team lead in cybersecurity too.
