What's in a name? LikeUnix has several intended meanings. First, if you like unix/linux/bsd, etc then you'll likely enjoy this group. Second, if you like thinking or building things in the spirit of the unix philosophy then you'll likely enjoy this group. FCW refers to the group meeting location, Foothills Community Workshop.
Topics of interest for this group include unix/linux/bsd, computing, embedded systems, networking, info sec, micro controllers, etc.
Everyone of every skill level and experience base is welcome.
The intention is to have a presentation/activity at every meeting. The group members will be the presenter/facilitators! Presentations do not need to be earth shattering or long. Come and share!
