Robots and Art

We will be hosting a panel discussion of artists who incorporate robot technology into their work. Panelists will talk about how robots can integrate with art from both a practical and philosophical perspective. Please join us for this exciting discussion! Speakers include:

Dorkbot (http://dorkbot.org) founder and Survival Research Labs (http://www.srl.org/index.html) collaborator Karen Marcelo. Karen has been a focal point for the arts and robot community creating dangerous and disturbing mechanical presentations for nearly two decades.

Leading drone photographer (http://echengphoto.com/#!/index) Eric Cheng. He recently published the book Aerial Photography and Videography Using Drones (http://www.echeng.com/books) and was formerly the Director of Aerial Imaging at the world's leading drone manufacturer DJI.

Sam Reese and Justin Gray of Graywrx (http://graywrx.com/about/). Graywrx specialized in wildly beautiful fire art robots.
