About This Event:
Fearless IRL is a small, action-focused group for young adults who are ready to stop overthinking and start doing.
If you know what you should be doing—but fear keeps getting in the way—this group is built for you.
We focus on building confidence in real life through action, accountability, and supportive teams. This isn’t about motivation. It’s about facing the things you’ve been avoiding.

Common Fears We Work On:

  • Talking to new people
  • Social confidence
  • Networking
  • Public speaking
  • Dating fears
  • Trying new things
  • Handling rejection
  • Taking bold steps in life

How It Works:
We meet twice a month (evenings, Wed) for structured sessions designed to push you into action. You can join at any time—consistency is encouraged, however there’s no long-term commitment required.

Each meetup includes:

  • Accountability check-ins
  • Small, practical “fear challenges”
  • Partner or group exercises
  • Real-world action missions between sessions
  • Reflection and growth planning

Between meetups, you’ll take action in real life—not just talk about it.

Accountability System:
Each member is paired with a dedicated accountability partner.
Your partner will not share your fear—they’ll already be more confident in that area. Their role is to support you, challenge you and make sure you follow through.

Group Size (Intentional & Small):

  • 4–10 total members

Small groups = real accountability. No hiding in the crowd.

Why Join:
Reading books and listening to podcasts can inspire you—yet action is what changes you.
This group exists to help you build the habit of doing uncomfortable things until they become normal.

“The only way to get rid of the fear of doing something is to go out and do it.”
— Susan Jeffers

Who This Is For:

  • Growth-minded young adults (18–35)
  • People who want real accountability
  • Anyone ready to expand their comfort zone

If you’re a fan of Yes Theory or Seek Discomfort - you’ll fit right in.

Cost:
This is our founding group, so you’ll be part of shaping the experience from the ground up. This is free during beta while we test and refine the experience.

Organizer’s Note:
I started this group because I realized I wasn’t overcoming my own fears alone. I needed accountability—and real action.
This group is for you, me, and so we can follow through and build bigger lives.
-Timur (Group Host)

Bottom Line:
If you’re waiting to feel ready, you’ll be waiting a long time.
Join us and start before you feel ready.
