Our Agenda:
- Mindset & Focused Warm-up: We'll start by centering our minds and then move into a dynamic warm-up specifically designed to prepare your body for developing "thunder power."
- Short Power Application: We'll dive into practical drills and exercises, including elements of push-hands, to understand how to generate and apply short, powerful movements.
- Kata/Form Exploration: We'll finish the session by learning and practicing a traditional martial arts form (kata) to integrate the principles we've explored.
What to Bring:
- Water: Staying hydrated is key!
- Comfortable Clothes: Wear something you can move freely in.
- Optional: A towel if you tend to sweat.
