I'm Pam, a passionate yoga teacher from Switzerland living in CDMX, and I love to guide people through yoga, meditation, breathing sessions, and macramé classes as ways to cultivate inner balance and creativity. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, learn new techniques, or simply take a break from the rush of daily life, this group is for you!
