What we’re about

You don't have to do self-help all on your own! We are a community of people coming together to learn tools and practice skills from the wisdom of the pioneers of self help. We'll be getting together weekly to read the best of self-help books, practice the exercises, and form connections with each other as we go.

We'll be reading When Life Hits Hard by Russ Harris starting Monday, January 22nd 4:00-5:20pm Pacific Time (via Zoom) for 6 weeks.
