Through simple movement explorations, breathing practices and guided workshops, we learn to notice subtle differences, reduce unnecessary tension and discover new possibilities for movement, balance and self-organization.

The Somatropic® Approach creates the conditions that allow the body to reorganize itself naturally through breath, movement and awareness.
