Monthly "Pub Moot" and Lecture Series- **in English**

Pub Moots will generally be held on the **4th Wednesday** of every month. Sometimes there will be exceptions based on what is going on, so make sure to check back here on Meetup for the exact information

All are welcome- experienced practioners, newbies, merely curious, Wiccans and Wiccan-curious and practitioners of similar traditions and those who have no idea why they want to come but just do and even those who don't know a thing but simply like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and suchlike... :-)

**🌙 *Wicca & The Western Mysteries – AUA: Ask Us Anything!* 🌙**

Curious about Wicca? Interested in the Western Mysteries? Or do you already know the basics and want to go deeper? This month’s Pub Moot is your chance to ask anything — truly anything.

**Wicca** is the modern Neopagan tradition begun by Gerald Gardner in the mid-20th century and has since grown into one of the most vibrant spiritual movements in the Western world.

**The Western Mysteries** is a broad umbrella term for the many paths in the Western Esoteric Tradition — Wicca, Druidry, Spiritual Alchemy, the Mystical Qabala, Ásatrú, Freemasonry, Golden Dawn magic, Hermeticism, Rosicrucianism, and much more. These traditions trace back to the mystery religions of the ancient Greco-Roman world (and perhaps even earlier!) and continue to evolve today.

Whether you’re wondering what all of this *actually* is, or you already have burning questions you’ve never had a chance to ask — this is the perfect evening for you. Come by the pub, grab a drink or a bite to eat, and join the conversation. 😊

### **Two exciting things are coming up:**

**1) Our new Wicca Study Group begins in January**
A six-month, in-depth, in-person introduction to Wiccan theory and practice. If you’re curious whether the group is a good fit for you, this Pub Moot is a great opportunity to learn more, meet us, and ask questions.
**2) We’ll soon be changing our name**
We’re becoming **The Fellowship of the Western Mysteries** — a name that reflects what our community has always aimed to be:
a welcoming crossroads for practitioners and seekers of *all* Western Mystery paths.
Not only Wicca, but also Druidry, Qabalah, Heathenry, Alchemy, Hermeticism, and beyond.
At this Pub Moot we’ll talk about:
✨ What it means to walk a Western Mysteries path
✨ How the different traditions relate to one another
✨ What’s out there and how to find the path that resonates with you

**Attendance is free** but you will need to buy something at the pub. :-)
