What we're about
This is a group for women* who would like to gain knowledge about computer science. Join our group if you want to learn about programming or if you are a woman working in the area and would like to connect to others.
We host study-groups in which women* can learn from experienced programmers in a relaxed and friendly setting, exchange their experiences with others and meet new people.

Upcoming events (4+)
The next Stammtisch will again be at Exxtrablatt! 🎉🍻🌞
In this new event "series" we want to focus on the networking part in our community! We will meet at 6 PM but don't worry if you can only join us later - it is a casual gathering after all.
We will meet to drink, chat, discuss project ideas, or just our life in general! You don't need to register in advance, if you feel like meeting other female coders and women who want to become such - join us!
This is also the perfect opportunity if you want to know more about us - about our organization, our mentors, why we do what we do or how you can join! We are always happy to welcome new members to our group :)
Because we still want our meetings to be a safe space our Stammtisch is an event for all women and those who identify as such.

About our study groups: our sessions are for women, or anyone who identifies as one, who would like to get into programming, learn a new programming language, do programming homework or wants to connect!
This is your chance to learn in a relaxed setting with other women. The study groups are free, no prior knowledge is required, and everybody is able to work at their own pace.
It's also a time to have fun, network, and ask our mentors about how they got into working in tech roles (all our mentors are women who work in the tech area).

❓ What will we do this session?
In this session we want to try to solve some levels of previous coding contests in order to prepare for this springs cloudflight coding contest!
They have former examples on their training platform https://catcoder.codingcontest.org/ and we will try to solve one or more levels to get a feeling for the challenge.
If you don't want to do that, you are of course free to come and work on any project or tutorial you like. You can bring your homework, your own personal project, or choose from a whole library of exercises we have prepared for you. Our mentors will be there to support you and everyone will have the chance to learn from each other. We support a whole range of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and Java.
🚀 To keep your energy level up there will be free drinks 🥤 and pizza 🍕
