Monarchs for Migrants - Yarn Bombing Workshop

Join us in supporting Little Village Busy Bees on their creative journey to craft beautifully knitted or crocheted monarch butterflies for an inspiring art installation in Little Village. With a goal of 2,000 butterflies, each piece will symbolize a migrant from the community, reflecting their stories and struggles. This project stands as a testament to resilience and unity, emphasizing that art is not just an expression but a form of resistance. In this celebration of creativity, every monarch becomes a poignant tribute to the individuals who embody hope and strength within the Little Village community.

Yarn and patterns will be provided. Donations of orange or black yarn would be appreciated.
