Saturday morning crafting at Sputnik Coffee, a Brighton Park cafe and roastery that roasts what it pours.

Bring whatever you're working on — knitting, crochet, embroidery, mending, a project you've abandoned twice. If you don't have anything going, come anyway and hang out.

Getting there: plenty of free street parking. The 47th Street bus runs one block north, and from the Orange Line at Western it's about a nine-minute walk.

Sputnik opens at 7, so you can get there before us.
