FIBI Pasadena has TWO meeting a month to support our investors.
FIBI Pasadena Real estate (RE) focus on transformation and abundance for the newer investor. This meeting is specifically built to for the newer investor seeking to have a deep education across multiple topics and highlights cutting edge techniques in the RE investment markets. This meeting is the 3rd Thursday each month.
FIBI Pasadena Multifamily (MF) is built to inspire transformation, personally and professionally while expanding your depth of knowledge in the multifamily market. Yes! you can leave your 9-5 job by using multifamily investing. This meeting is the 1st Wednesday of each month.
FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate investors providing high quality real estate and business education with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. Rather, we facilitate discussions amongst peers in a participatory, small group setting to help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and have their deals expertly analyzed.
Our objective is to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics. From residential real estate, deal analysis, market evaluation and creative financing to commercial properties, contracts, overall economic factors and lending, we try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.
Whether new or seasoned, an active or a passive investor -- ALL are welcome!
FIBI Pasadena’s meetings are held at 7:00pm on the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Thursday of every month.

About Vessi Kapoulian:
Vessi is the Founder and Managing Partner of DBA Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm with ~$80MM in assets under management. A former commercial lender, she brings over 20 years of business and finance experience to her work as a multifamily investor, board advisor, and family office consultant.
Today, she advises family offices on risk-mitigated real estate investments and supports long-term strategic planning through board advisory roles. Vessi also provides due diligence and consulting services to both active and passive investors—helping them evaluate operators, markets, and deal structures with confidence.
Born and raised behind the Iron Curtain in Bulgaria, Vessi earned a full academic scholarship to study in the U.S. She holds a B.S. from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a frequent speaker at investor conferences, podcasts, and industry events.
