July Meetup - FIBI - Cash Flow Investors Unite!

*** PLEASE NOTE: This meeting is NOT the Cash Flow Game. It is a networking and roundtable meeting for cash flow investors of all levels, from brand new to very experienced. ***

We hope everyone is having a good Summer. After a break in June due to our Semi-Annual All-Chapter Networking Event, we're now back to our normal monthly meeting schedule beginning in July. Our next meeting is now scheduled for Wed, July 13th, at 6:30 PM and we hope you can join us.

This chapter's goal is to unite cash flow investors across all types of investments, including but not limited to real estate, businesses, notes, loans, annuities, or anything else that cash flows, and to network, exchange information, and learn from each other. We welcome all levels of investors, from brand new to very experienced. Please feel free to bring any topics, questions or thoughts that you would like to discuss with the group, as our meeting will be held in a casual, roundtable format. Attendees are also welcome to discuss any opportunities that they are working on for feedback from the group, although the selling of opportunities is NOT allowed. We hope that everyone is able to learn from each other, to discover new ways of investing for cash flow by hearing others' ideas and experiences, and to network and meet fellow investors.

FIBI IS NOT A SEMINAR - THERE ARE NO SALES PITCHES - and does not usually include a presentation. The FIBI philosophy and foundation is based on uniting investors to exchange ideas and thoughts, WITHOUT any sales pitches, via informal conversations about the investing climate. Our hope is that FIBI will ultimately serve as a great learning and networking forum for investors of all levels.

$10 Cover Charge

In an effort to cover some of the costs associated with this monthly meeting but with the goal of being as inclusive as possible, please note that I am charging a $10 cover charge to cover the costs of the venue, photocopies, water, and cholocates.

My office is located on the North side of Santa Monica Blvd. just 1.5 blocks West of Beverly Glen. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd Floor lobby. Once you exit the elevator you will see the conference room straight ahead to the left side, which is where we will be meeting.

BUILDING PARKING WARNING PLEASE DO NOT park in the building's parking lot, as all of the spots are reserved and you will risk being towed. There should be plenty of street parking in front of the building, as well as on the side streets. IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE MEETUP AND THE FRONT DOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE LOCKED then please call my cell phone ([masked]) and I will come down to let you in.

METERED PARKING WARNING PLEASE NOTE that the parking spots on Santa Monica Blvd now include metered spots via pay stations UNTIL 8:00 PM that are NOT easy to see. Most members have not noticed the pay stations, as they are fairly new and there is no signage. IF YOU PARK ON SANTA MONICA BLVD THEN PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR YOUR METERED PARKING UNTIL 8:00 PM.

AGENDA

6:30-7:00 - NETWORKING (OPTIONAL) - All attendees are welcome to network before our 7:00 start time.
7:00-9:00 PM - GENERAL DISCUSSION - We will continue our informal round table discussion format, with a focus on networking and exchanging information about cash flow investing and cash flow investments. Please feel free to bring any topics, questions, or thoughts that you would like to discuss with the group, as our meeting will be held in a casual, roundtable format. Attendees are also welcome to discuss any opportunities that they are working on for feedback from the group, although the selling of opportunities is not allowed.
9:00 PM-10:00 PM - NETWORKING (OPTIONAL) - All attendees are welcome to network following our general discussion.
