Flow & Unwind: FiDi Evening Yoga
The Zen Siren, 181 Broadway, New York, NY, NY, USA 60-minute, in-person practice blending breath-led vinyasa flow with grounding yin stretches. $20 per class (Venmo or Eventbrite).
Designed for busy professionals, this all-levels class helps you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and transition intentionally into your evening. Ideal for downtown practitioners seeking movement, stillness, and clarity. Please bring your own mat.
