FIRST COURSE -IRISH PICKLED SALAD
Fresh greens topped with pickled artichoke, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion, served with
crumbled goat cheese and fried pickle ranch dressing. Paired with: FOUNDERS PILSNER A crisp, refreshing classic pilsner with a delicate balance of malt sweetness and bright floral hop notes. Light-bodied, easy-drinking, with a clean finish.
SECOND COURSE-BRAISED GUINNESS STEW
Slow-braised beef with carrots, onions, celery, peas, and corn in a rich Guinness gravy, accompanied by a potato pancake. Paired with: FOUNDERS KBS CHOCOLATE A rich, bourbon-aged imperial stout with decadent
chocolate, roasted malt, and coffee flavors. Smooth and warming, perfect for an indulgent treat.
THIRD COURSE-SMOKED CORNED BEEF EGG ROLL Cherry-smoked corned beef with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, wrapped in an egg roll and fried golden brown. Served with whiskey apple stew and a tangy dipping sauce. Paired with: DUBLIN HARVEST SPRITZ Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year, apple, sweet vermouth, and bitters with a sparkling finish. Smooth Irish whiskey with crisp apple, subtle herbal spice, and light effervescence-a perfect match for smoky, savory flavors.
FOURTH COURSE-TUSCAN PORK RISOTTO CAKE
Tender pork loin topped with Tuscan sauce, served with a risotto cake and sweet-savory meat sauce. Paired with: FOUNDERS MORTAL BLOOM A juicy, hop-forward double IPA with tropical fruit and citrus notes, balanced by
subtle malt and a smooth, lingering bitterness.
FIFTH COURSE-SMOKED APPLES BERRY BREAD PUDDING
Our famous bread pudding with house-smoked apples & berries, served with ice cream & whiskey sauce. Paired with: IRISH ORCHARD DREAM A smooth dessert cocktail with Tullamore D.E.W. Honey, apple
brandy, and blackcurrant liqueur, topped with lightly whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
