The Invite is the latest film by Olivia Wilde. I have first heard of her when her debut "Booksmart" came out in 2019, an original, smart and genuinely funny comedy.
The Invite has received even better reviews. It's a dialog-driven comedy with only a small cast of well-known actors (Penélope Cruz, Edward Norton, Seth Rogen, and Olivia Wilde herself).

I've heard it is a remake of the 2020 Spanish film "Sentimental" (aka "The People Upstairs") if you've seen that one.
I guess it will be a fun night out!
We will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the foyer of the LVR Landesmuseum. Based on past experience, we will enter the auditorium by 7:20 p.m. at the latest. The film will begin at 7:30 p.m. Runtime is 107 minutes.
You can't buy tickets online yet. I will buy the ticket at the venue on the day of the event anyway, as they are no seat reservations, and it's unlikely to sell out.
After that, we can go for a drink in DelikArt or Salönchen.
