Welcome to Filmmakers and Actors of Centre County! This group is dedicated to bringing together passionate filmmakers and film watchers of all genres in the Centre County, State College area and beyond. Whether you are a local producer, actor, script writer, director, set designer, model, performer, cinematographer, videographer, location scout, photographer, graphic designer, crew, musician, poet, dancer, composer you name it! We welcome you! And we welcome marketing peeps as well!
This community hopes to be the perfect place to network, gain insights, and discuss the latest trends and techniques in films. We hope this is an opportunity for us all to connect to one another, form groups and create! We may take part in film races together, visit film locations, visit film festivals, do some fun script readings, maybe make a short film, various filmmaking tutorials, guest speakers, panel discussions, film screenings with Q and As’, etc.
