Play reading night: Grace Period
Details
One of our Final Draft members has finished a play!
We are gathering on the evening of June 14th to read an act from Grace Period by Don Gagnon.
Play readings are a unique form of storytelling and a valuable part of the writing process. By hearing the script read aloud, the playwright can better understand the pacing, dialogue and characters while gathering feedback from readers and listeners. They're also a lot of fun. Readers can flex some acting skills. Readers and audience members can support the development of the final work.
RSVP if you are interested in participating as a reader or audience member. Please note that there are a limited number of roles, so not all RSVPs will receive a reading part. The playwright will provide direction and assign roles.
This event is being held online.
