Join us for open mindfulness sessions designed to support your journey toward greater awareness, calm, and compassion. These donation-based gatherings welcome everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners—to explore a variety of themes relevant to everyday life, including stress, compassion and kindness, letting go, distraction, and more.
What to Expect:
- Regular sessions where we practice guided meditations, gentle mindful movement, and reflective discussions.
