Structure (shown in minutes past the hour since there are different time zones)

• :00 Please enter our space muted. As much as we like to be friendly and acknowledge each other, please do so with a smile and wait until 20 mins past the hour for any speaking.
• :01 Sit in silence and stillness for 15 minutes. Leaving your camera on is encouraged unless you know you cannot be reasonably still (e.g., if you are moving about or eating breakfast please turn your camera off while doing so)
• :16 Coming back, we continue in silence for a few more minutes. We encourage you to turn your camera on unless you know you can't be reasonably still.
• :20 Optional sharing of individual reflections on today's silence that contribute to the group's purpose. For instance: “I tried a new prompt where the only thing to think about is ‘I wonder what my next thought will be’ and it was really helpful” or “I started out feeling very distracted by the birds my roof, but I was able to reframe the irritation into an appreciation of how wonderful It is to be this close to nature” or “I hadn't done a body scan meditation in a while and I forgot how powerful it can be.”
• :25 Optional casual conversation begins (feel free to stay and chat for as long as you want.)

Free your feet of socks and shoes! A quarter of all the muscles and motor nerves in our body are dedicated to our feet, so let’s take care of them! Strong and mobile feet allow us to stay balanced and walk efficiently, and they can protect against ankle, knee, hip, and lower back pain.

We’ll make the feet feel amazing with mobilization and gentle stretching, then we’ll do exercises to strengthen the foot and ankle muscles. Please bring a hand towel and ball for class (tennis ball, Pinky ball, racquetball are suitable). We’ll also discuss ways we can take care of our hard-working feet with proper footwear, mobilization, and daily strengthening exercises.
