What we’re about
FFF>50 has an amazing new home on the web. When you join us there, you'll be able to search for members who live near you and/or share your interests, create an interest-based club, post discussions in an organized and searchable feed, upload images, and of course create gatherings large and small. It's a real friendship-making machine!
Here's your invitation to join us at our new home: [bit.ly/4ivrVVd](http://bit.ly/4ivrVVd)
FFF>50 is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization where women >50 come to connect, make friends, share their passions and expertise, and revitalize in their second act.

Make nutrition SIMPLE! Clear the confusion and finally make the changes that make sense!
With so much nutrition information available, it can be really confusing to know what might be best for you.
The information provided in this seminar will introduce you to the simple and sustainable changes you can make to use food to:
- Increase your energy (without caffeine)
- Improve digestion (bye bye bloating)
- And, optimize your body composition (without starving yourself) to get out and live your best life!
None of what will be shared subscribes to any specific “diet” or requires any kind of crazy supplement. Instead, you will learn how to use the foods you are already eating (with just a few tweaks) to make lasting changes.
I'm your host, Patricia Linderman, and I am thrilled to introduce nutrition coach Colleen Baughn as the guest speaker for this event. She works with trainer Michelle Richards, whom I recently invited to present the terrific “How to Reduce Knee Pain with Exercise at Home” workshop to our group.
Together, Colleen and Michelle provide women, especially peri- and post-menopausal, with nutrition coaching and physical training to help them feel their best. Like me, they’re both passionate about sharing accurate and helpful information with as many women as possible – that’s why I love them, and why they agreed to offer these optional donation-based events for FFF>50!
Important: When signing up, please also fill out her short waiver/signup form at this link, thank you!
This event will be recorded, and those who sign up will receive the recording afterward.
Female guests under age 50, especially those experiencing perimenopause, are very welcome.
Note to Meetup members: As you may know, Finding Female Friends Past Fifty is currently transitioning to Mighty Networks. Please join our vibrant, growing (and safe and private!) community of more than two thousand members here! My events are currently posted on both networks but will gradually transition to Mighty only. Thank you and hope to see you there!
