What we’re about
FFF>50 has an amazing new home on the web. When you join us there, you'll be able to search for members who live near you and/or share your interests, create an interest-based club, post discussions in an organized and searchable feed, upload images, and of course create gatherings large and small. It's a real friendship-making machine!
Here's your invitation to join us at our new home: bit.ly/4ivrVVd
FFF>50 is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization where women >50 come to connect, make friends, share their passions and expertise, and revitalize in their second act.

For people who don't enjoy small talk, like many of my fellow introverts 😄, let's dive right into "Big Talk!"
We'll use the breakout rooms to pair off by twos, to discuss a "big" question for 14 minutes (roughly 7 minutes for each person). See topics below!
Then we'll return to the main "room" to share brief reactions, then move on to a new round with a new topic and a new partner.
We'll enjoy a total of three rounds, which may give us new insights into our own lives and each other, and maybe help us connect with someone who becomes a new friend!
Rules: Active, deep listening. Sharing the time equally. Accepting what the other says with kindness and unconditional support because it is true for them.
The topics this time:
- What is something you would like to let go of? Maybe it's a habit, a grudge, a regret, or ?? What can you do to help yourself let go and move forward?
- Is there an area of your life where you feel like you're not fully expressing who you truly are? Maybe you're not speaking up, using a talent, or practicing an activity you love? Are you ready to step into more of this?
- Think about your relationship with your body and its different parts. What parts might you be neglecting? What about your body provokes shame or other uncomfortable emotions? Are there ways that you could relate to your body and yourself with more kindness?
In previous sessions we've found a lot of insight and even made new friends (sharing contact info to connect later) thanks to these deeper conversations. Hope you can join!
