The pelvic floor plays a vital role in our overall well-being, from the bathroom to the bedroom and even our core strength and stability.
But women in the U.S. don’t receive rehab after childbearing (as we would for other types of injury/trauma), and many or even most postpartum and midlife women suffer from leaks, urgency and/or prolapse without knowing where to turn for help.
Good news: with the simple training techniques presented in this workshop, you can start right away with your own at-home rehab in just a few minutes a day, and reverse or prevent these problems! Participants in previous workshops are reporting fewer leaks, less urgency and frequency, fewer symptoms of prolapse, and more.
I'm a health coach, personal trainer and certified Pfilates pelvic floor training teacher, and I hope you'll join me for this 1-hour workshop where you will:

  • Learn surprising facts about about pelvic floor health and common problems, and how to empower ourselves to address them.
  • Learn and practice simple daily exercises that go beyond Kegels
    for rapid, efficient pelvic floor recovery (and have other benefits!).
  • Learn and practice breathing techniques that support the well-being of the pelvic floor and our entire bodies.
  • Break down shame, silence and barriers with some humor -- there’s even a song at the end 😄
