Join us for a fun, 30-minute chair yoga session that focuses on building both strength and flexibility!

We often think of muscle as just a way to look good or feel strong, but it's actually so much more.

Did you know that muscle is our body's largest endocrine organ, playing a huge role in our overall health and how we age? Many conditions we face as we get older are linked to weak or unhealthy muscles.

This class is a great way to start building muscle and taking control of your health. Come move with us and take a step towards a stronger, healthier you!

During class, expect to:

  • Perform exercises entirely from a seated position
  • Build strength using resistance from your own body weight
  • Add dumbbells if you have them (totally optional!)
  • Adjust movements to fit your body's needs and comfort level

I’m Amelia, a passionate advocate for wellness and empowerment through yoga. Believing deeply in the power of movement and mindfulness, I have dedicated myself to creating yoga sessions where we can come together, practice, and support each other on our journeys toward greater vitality and fulfillment. Join me as we set out on this adventure of self-discovery and holistic well-being through yoga!
