Be considerate! If you're on the attendee list, and decide not to come, cancel your attendance at least 1 hour ahead.
Twenty minutes of resistance work (weights, bands, or body) followed by twenty minutes of stretching. It's not a class, I'm not a teacher! (Though I have a dance background and a lot of yoga behind me.) It's an open invitation to join me in my septuagenarian struggle to stay fit.
No speaking, no cueing, no correcting. Do your own thing, or follow me. Any movement is better than none! Your cameras may be on or off for this event.
I suggest having a pair of 3-lb weights and a band. Stay attuned to your body and pause or stop when it says to. I am not responsible in the unlikely case of injury.
