This is the same one I did when we were in Revel. We will do some very light stretching and some work for our legs and thighs and hips. The idea is to keep our joints flexible and strengthen. All the movements and stretching will be done standing or sitting in a chair. The last 3 to 5 mins will be dancing to a small music clip from India. The total time you will be moving is 20 mins. I am not an expert on workouts or a professional. I am just a woman exercising the way I do and would love to have friends join me to make it fun. Keeping the video ON is a requirement.
