I'm taking a break from DCOI for a bit. As most of you know, we are in the throes of moving our 12,000 FFF>50 members from Meetup to a new platform called Mighty Networks.

We will resume regular sessions on January 2, and they will continue to be every Tues and Thurs at 10:00 a.m. PST.
BUT YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP ON THE NEW LOCATION! If you haven't received the link to join us there, please message me and I'll send it to you.

We'll be moving events from MU to MN over the next weeks and months. Sorry for the mess, but you may have to look at both platforms until all events have moved over.

Is consistency a challenge in your fitness routine? Friends make it easier! Please join us. Bring in some gossip to share, vent your frustrations with the world, tell us what's on your mind. The time goes quickly when we're focused on each other and not on the hands of the clock.

I'll be on my treadmill, but you may do what you like—yoga, weights, rowing machine, pilates, walk around your neighborhood with Zoom on your phone.

This session is offered at 10:00 a.m. PT on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We've been going for 4 years now. Not bad for a bunch of slackers!
