It's hidden away in the body, and it's SO neglected -- by science, the medical profession and our culture that doesn't prioritize women's bodies. 😡

But you can come to the rescue and support your pelvic floor with simple daily practices that fit into every woman's busy life and pay off quickly with improvements!

Before: Leaks, excessive frequency and urgency, multiple nighttime get-ups, and even pain, tightness and/or a lack of sexual satisfaction.

After just a few weeks: Fewer leaks, more control, greater strength, greater ability to relax, less tension, and more ease in the bathroom and bedroom! Yay! Let's do this!

Maybe you've already joined me for a workshop (thank you!!). This is a great opportunity for a refresher and more practice.

What to bring: Please have a squishy ball, pillow, cushion or rolled-up towel available that you can squeeze between your thighs.

The exercises can be done seated, standing or lying down, completely your choice!
