Don't feel like laughing? I get it! But laughing on purpose with a friendly group can help us release stress and become more grounded, focused and connected, so we can deal with the challenges we face.
In Laughter Yoga, there are no jokes and no yoga poses, just simple activities, with a bit of gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves "laughing for no reason." We get loose and even a little silly, but always at your own comfort level (camera off is fine if you choose).

What can "laughing on purpose" with other women on Zoom possibly do for you?
