February Laughter: Join, Laugh, Connect! 😂

Let's get together to laugh on purpose with Laughter Yoga! No yoga poses, no jokes, just "laughing for no reason" with a supportive group!
Don't feel like laughing? I get it! But "laughing for no reason" with a friendly group on Zoom can help us feel:
- Lighter and breathing more freely
- More ready to face whatever is going on
- More positive and connected to others
- Relaxed and energized at the same time!
We do simple activities, with a bit of gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves "laughing for no reason." We get loose and even a little silly, but always at your own comfort level (camera off is fine if you choose!).
Female guests younger than 50 are also welcome.
