For people who don't enjoy small talk in large groups, like many of my fellow introverts (and others!), let's dive right into "Big Talk!"
The topics are intended to get us thinking and reflecting as we share, and also appreciate each other and laugh (the theme word in January turned out to be "shenanigans" :) )

We'll use the breakout rooms to pair off by twos, to discuss a "big" question for 14 minutes (roughly 7 minutes for each person). See the new February topics below!

Then we'll return to the main "room" to share brief reactions, then move on to a new round with a new topic and a new partner.

We'll enjoy a total of three rounds, which may give us new insights into our own lives and each other, and maybe help us connect with someone who becomes a new friend!

Rules: Active, deep listening. Sharing the time equally. Providing advice only when asked. Accepting what the other says with kindness and unconditional support because it is true for them.

In previous sessions we've found a lot of insight and even made new friends (sharing contact info to connect later) thanks to these deeper conversations. Hope you can join!

The topics this time:

1. When do you tend to get impatient and/or annoyed? How can you respect those feelings and take appropriate action, but also shift into more serenity and even humor?

2. What do you like about yourself and your life? How can you expand, lean into, and appreciate those things even more?

3. What can you do in 2026 that you've always wanted to do — even something really small? Let's do it! (and let's cheer each other on!)

Hope to see you!
